Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have made some changes here at Sheila Fleet Jewellery, so we wanted to let you know what is happening.
All our retail locations have been closed since the 23 March and will remain closed until further notice.
But our website is still open for you to browse and place your orders as usual.
We have made the decision to close our workshop to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. This means that orders, where we don’t currently have the item in stock, will see a delay in delivery*. If this applies to your order, we will be in touch either via phone or e-mail.
Finished stock is available though so please still place your order or get in touch with us at email@example.com if you would like to check if we have a particular item available. If we don’t have an item in-stock, we can advise on alternatives or you can still place your order and it will be made once it’s safe to re-open our workshop.
Gift vouchers are on sale as usual and you can purchase one either by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01856 861203.
Remember, it is still important to celebrate those special occasions. We will try our best to help you give those special gifts during this time, so please get in touch with us. Sheila and Martin are working hard to answer your emails and calls in a timely manner.
* We will keep in touch with you regularly on how long we expect this delay to be. Unfortunately, we can’t give you an exact date until we know when staff can safely return to work.
Our usually busy and lively workshop is now quiet and Sheila’s son, Martin, is operating as a one-man-team in dispatch. We are estimating that your jewellery will be dispatched within 7-10 days of ordering, however, there may be delays as a result of our very limited staff.
And remember, we are offering FREE worldwide shipping throughout March, April and May!
As we continue to monitor the developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have extended our returns policy to 90 days.
Please note: returns may also take longer to be processed, we will try our best though!
